Refund and cancellation Policy

  1. Customers are requested to order the services carefully after ensuring Pre-Requisites mentioned on website kpstarone.com.
  2. No request for cancellation of service or refund shall be entertained for COMPLIMENTARY subscriptions and Concessional Licenses provided for students.
  3. The timelines displayed on the site are approximate. We try to adhere to them to a very large extent. However, some delays and outages are possible. We will try on a best case to address the request as soon as possible. Delays will not be considered as the basis for refunds.
  4. Request for Refund shall not be considered, once the Software is activated.
  5. Refund will be considered only if the subscription has not been activated and customer mails us at support@kpstarone.com within 3 working days of payment. No refund or cancellation of service shall be entertained thereafter.
  6. All eligible refunds shall be made within seven business days from the date of receipt of request. However, the same is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/payment gateway.
  7. Any refund admitted by the website will be subject to deduction of the transaction charges levied by the bank and/ or the payment gateway as applicable, or any other charges that may have been incurred in processing.
